We use the operation manager as a monitoring application. We also use other monitoring applications. But each has different purposes. We use Operation Manager especially for our Microsoft-based servers. It monitors systems and generates alerts. But watching different applications is a little annoyance. For example, we lost a lot of time to define our mail archive system, but we were not successful yet. We can only say that it is used for Microsoft systems.
