* proactive communication * strong partnership and customer focused * responsive customer success and product engineering
The Mitiga platform covers virtually everything when it comes to ingesting and normalizing log sources, and does it in a way that we're not left making choices that will hurt our threat detection and response efforts in the long run. The team is also outstanding - from the product team and the experts leading the evolution of the product to the incident response experts standing by to jump in during an emergency. Top notch support top to bottom.
Automatically identifies and reports potential threats in cloud and SaaS environments using behavioral analysis, anomalies and IOCs Unified investigation workbench built on pre-processed, cross platform, normalized and enriched forensic data Enables cloud investigations using both enriched forensic data and raw logs Gives full visibility with the option to dive deep into raw log data when needed
I'm not close to the details of the product, and have not heard much from the team.
Integration capabilities have improved dramatically, but there are still times where onboarding can be confusing or isn't entirely self-service. Health/state of integrations isn't always easy to understand and we've run into some challenges with not knowing if an integration is degraded (or not working) immediately. There is an opportunity for a more proactive approach natively to reduce the additional integration/implementation and sustainment overhead.
The self-service onboarding wizard is not available for all log sources - we need to rely on the Mitiga team for support when working on certain cloud solutions The platform can lag when navigating large volumes of historical logs or switching between complex views For more complex or customized investigations, we still need to engage the Mitiga team rather than being self serviced
