Overall good product with reasonable stability. Implementation team from Accruent side were mostly very helpful and competent. Initial timeline for implementation slipped repeatedly with no clear reason beyond the understanding that the targets originally provided were just completely unworkable. There are specific items of the product however (customisable reporting, fitness for international market) which were presented heavily to us at product acceptance stage which have emerged as weaker post implementation. Overall impression is that the system works really well if you are using it in the specific environment envisaged (US standard practices, automatic system payments, heavily integrated with no retrospective changes to contracts or manual errors, calendar month ends). As soon as real world factors come into play, cracks start to appear. Raising these problems with the support team often ends in a "product enhancement request" with no certainty if or when the issue will be resolved. More reassuringly however, we have had some very encouraging conversations with the product team where the majority of these issues appear to be acknowledged, and there are clear signs the product is still being improved.
