The pay per use approach give us oppurtunity to leverage the whole storage instead of having your own storage which in the end you will end up not utilizing it. It give us also to reduce our company carbon footprint, less investment in the hardware. Lastly, this give us flexibility in cost management where we can park certain dollars for storage we used and at the same time the remaining amount to other important initiatives.
