Very good QoS feature compare to other similar products. Easy to deploy. Mostly preferred is Virtual Appliance because of configuration pre-requisites which are easily manageable.

User friendly web based administration. Good detailed reporting. Easy policy configuration. Excellent troubleshooting options. Policy wise utilization monitoring.

It provides insights as to what traffic is traversing our internet connections and gives us the ability to set QOS for specific university business related applications.

the product is easy to configure and we were able to deploy polices to suit every site from Large to small.

Not much to dislike. But the only challenge we faced is in reports, where bandwidth parameters are not to the mark.

Very little training was required to deploy the solution.
