There are countless options available. I can always come up new combination - and it's easy to remember.
High Cost
Cost compared to other similar services is on the higher side. Customer support has been hit and miss. It can feel like a lottery sometimes when having to contact support. Finding and printing off receipts for a particular renewal is more cumbersome than it needs to be since they don't make the domain visible in the invoice list and you have to open each one until you find the one you are looking for.
Not always get what I want the most, because it could be too expensive.
