It is highly scalable, for big load tests. It is very stable. It has support for FAR more protocols than any existing competitor.

Support when we run into functional issues. No need for any additional infra investment as LR Cloud takes care of load generators.

R & D team is approachable and are curious to know more about the customer issues and provide solutions if not immediately there will be a hot fix or part of next release for sure.

It's costly. It would be nice if small licenses, bigger than 50 VUsers, were free, or inexpensive.

Can be rearchitected from ground up.

They have many sites - community, discussion forums, product management and legacy sites, all need different profiles to be created on each of them. This is painful.
