We have diverse business processes and a legacy system that is highly customized to those processes. It has made configuring PeopleSoft and adapting our business processes extremely challenging. It is also worth noting that while PeopleSoft is highly modular, using FMS extensively will require licensing more of those modules than you may initially expect.
