Best thing about Order.co is the centralised ordering process. easy to place order track status and maintain visibility across vendors. Approval workflows are good, which help us to reduce delays. The interface is generally simple for regular users, and it reduce manual coordination between teams.

Some features should more flexible, especially like when handling expectations or non-standard purchases. Reporting options are useful and could be offered more customizer. These are not major issues, but improvements here would make the experience better.
Shipping of products varies. I've had orders that came within 3 to 4 business days, and others that have taken at least two weeks with no tracking number. Additionally, their inventory doesn't change, it's more so the same items so I wish there were more frequent updates with newer products.
Only negative here really is the product can be slow. System can get bogged down.
