Very efficient team, the support engineers are very good and knowledgeable. The product is always evolving and they take customer input very seriously. This is the best tool for mobile security testing, from their fast scans to their dynamic/full scans. All the integrations they have are very valuable to us, from CICD native integration to Jira/ticketing systems. This way we can achieve an efficient full process loop from gathering the information, getting the findings listed in dashboards, to raising tickets, and then automating remediation.
The support team works very promptly, althought I have only needed to use it once so far
The UI is easy to use. It took us a small amount of work to integrate the platform with our CI/CD. The scan is fully automated including the authentication use cases. The support team is helpful.
