Biocatch is a long-standing partner of the institution due to its ATO (account takeover) and AO (account opening) modules. The experience with the use of behavioral scoring has been positive, with strong indicators of fraud prevention and support for the organization in combating financial crime. We are currently expanding the use of this information to other countries within the conglomerate countries in Latin America. This experience significantly contributes to ensuring a safer and more fluid customer experience, especially during transactions (such as PIX and transfers). Reducing false positives is a very relevant KPI that Biocatch helps us achieve, thus promoting the fight against organized crime.

Overall, our experience with Feedzai has been very positive. We use the platform across both our consumer and merchant businesses and are satisfied with the results it delivers. Feedzai provides significant flexibility in how data can be handled, and extensive data transformation capabilities. At the same time, the platform's flexibility requires strong governance and expertise. While its powerful data capabilities are a major strength, they also place greater responsibility on teams to ensure appropriate design, implementation, and ongoing management of the solution.

Much improved support service from my previous employer, tech consistency and transparency

We integrated Visa Protect into our payment fraud detection stack around 16 months ago as part of a broader effort to reduce card-not-present fraud exposure. The model accuracy on transaction scoring has been consistently strong and the signal quality noticeably improved our decline decisioning compared to what we had before. Integration with our existing authorization flow took some coordination but went smoothly overall.

We have been using this product for several years, and our user experience has been largely positive, especially regarding the reliability of the solution and the flexibility in defining rules.

Datavisor is a super powerful, enterprise fraud detection platform. One of the best I have used to uncover never before seen fraud patterns. I used to work for a high volume bank and the visibility was incredible. It is not easy to setup on the fly but the reward for teams that centre data quality and operational ownership is immense. In my personal opinion, it has the least amount of false positives I have seen in a system of this category.
