Pivotree provided technological resources for the implementation of key components of the digital commerce ecosystem. The team demonstrated strong familiarity with Shopify and integration patterns within the retail technology stack. However, the engagement also involved implementing Akeneo PIM, and the level of expertise on that platform was not as strong. Several design decision and implementation reccomendations related to Akeneo required revisiting or correction during the project. While the team remained collaborative and responsive, the engagement would have benefited from deeper Akeneo expertise and stronger governance and delivery discipline would have further enhanced the overall experience.
