Excellent for being able to automate our jobs and processes. Easy to do job promotions and has very good version control. Most of the components are very versatile and have the ability to do alot of tasks.

Pricing & licensing complexity which can be higher for smaller organizations or limited use cases. Debugging can be time-consuming. Monitoring dashboards lack deep customization for advanced operational reporting
Talend Studio takes a very long time to start up, then has issue with some of the java custom coding. It is very easy to have talend 'lock' up. Inability to merge paths (this is particularly useful when wanting to bring all data back together into one result). Instead, must ouput results into a file, then input that file to merge data.
Limited transparency around performance issues and sometimes insufficient documentation for edge cases.
