From negotiation to deployment, it has been excellent; The support could be improved as till issues logged are escalated they are not looked at deeply to provide a viable solution. There are some constraints that need to be worked around but the product is continuously being developed and our point of contact for account care is a great help.

The interface is slick, and the navigation is much more user friendly compared to some of the competition. The team is dedicated with customer success at heart but more importantly know their stuff well.

Very US market focused and though it has a lot of functionalities but still need some small functionalities like custom sort that makes day-to-day operations very smooth

backend outbound job performance sometimes is not good enough, or job is not picked up timely. Customer service members knowledge is not strong enough to support in first query side, caused waiting long time from tech engineer side.

    Reltio UI Offers Strong Front-End Experience but Backend Delays Noted

    overall, very good user experience in Reltio UI. But backend process with some concerns, e.g outbound extract job was not picked up timely in Q4 2025, also sometimes the data retrieval is not with good quality; in another side, we feel that some issues were introduced from weekly minor release, and one issue in Q1 was from major release, so release quality control need to cause the attention. Also from services support, the service team should not ask some questions repeat again and again. or list those general questions when fill out the service ticket form to reduce back and forth update and wasting the time. This is the reason I give rating 4 instead of 5.

    Professional Services Team Provides Depth Of Product Knowledge And Realistic Guidance

    We recently implemented the product and used Reltio's professional services. We were on a very tight timeline and the PS team did a wonderful job of staying on top of the working, and advising my team on the right and realistic approach towards goal line, We finished the project with minimal bugs, 2 weeks later than planned, and under budget

    Recent UI Enhancements Improve Reltio Usability, Some Features Remain Challenging

    Upon recent UI changes , Reltio application is more user friendly and straight-forward to use. Although there are some areas that are still up for improvement, I consider Reltio as a solid master data management system.

    Reltio offers a complete solution with all of the configurability we need to address our complex use cases in the Master Data Management domain. Reltio offers highly performant APIs while also operating on a very large scale with multiple complex match/merge scenarios. They continue to deliver valuable features in each release in order to evolve their platform to meet customer needs.
