“Reltio UI Offers Strong Front-End Experience but Backend Delays Noted”

overall, very good user experience in Reltio UI. But backend process with some concerns, e.g outbound extract job was not picked up timely in Q4 2025, also sometimes the data retrieval is not with good quality; in another side, we feel that some issues were introduced from weekly minor release, and one issue in Q1 was from major release, so release quality control need to cause the attention. Also from services support, the service team should not ask some questions repeat again and again. or list those general questions when fill out the service ticket form to reduce back and forth update and wasting the time. This is the reason I give rating 4 instead of 5.

UI front-end provide most useful information which we need, and performance is good in most situation.

Like

What I like most is the platform's scalability and flexibility. It is well suited for organizations managing large and complex data environments, and it supports integration across multiple source systems effectively. The user experience is generally modern compared with more traditional MDM tools and the vendor's product vision aligns well with organizations looking to modernize their data management capabilities.

Reltio operates very efficiently at high volumes. We have had hundreds of millions of nodes with many complex match/merge rules, and they consistently deliver outstanding performance. Reltio also continues to evolve their platforms and offerings with features such as built-in Data Quality Management, Reltio Integration Hub, and streamlined data export flows for downstream analytics, to name a few. The company continues to forge partnerships with key industry partners to further enhance their offerings.

Dislike

backend outbound job performance sometimes is not good enough, or job is not picked up timely. Customer service members knowledge is not strong enough to support in first query side, caused waiting long time from tech engineer side.

What I dislike the most is that the platform can have a steep learning curve, particularly during implementation and when designing the data model, match rules, and governance workflows. Some configurations require specialized knowledge which can create dependency on experienced internal resources or implementation partners.

The documentation search capability could be improved.
