Very US market focused and though it has a lot of functionalities but still need some small functionalities like custom sort that makes day-to-day operations very smooth

Read Full ReviewI'm not well versed on the product to list weaknesses but one challenge I have is the product's inability to accommodate overrides in form of an Excel (or other type) file. While mass upload functionality is available, completeness is a challenge for my organization where one-time loads for several data sets are mandated. This feature is not available in Reltio. I cannot believe other organizations do not face this issue

From negotiation to deployment, it has been excellent; The support could be improved as till issues logged are escalated they are not looked at deeply to provide a viable solution.
