Not many times but still 1 in 50 cases, it gets buggy and hangs. It is hard on CPU processors and requires high-end machines especially if you have integrated it with Excel. Otherwise, it will get stuck
Not super customizable. Sometimes we have to sift through a lot of information to get what we need. A lot of capabilities with some overlap that can be a bit confusing.
