It helps you track KPIs and ither metrics quite efficiently. Made it very easy to manage and provide support to customers Great interface It allows you to custom code with Apex, SQL etc. Allows you to add endless plugins and extensions

Its quite a pain to navigate at first without any training. The lightning version is slower than the classic version which is quite ridiculous
