what i like most about salesforce net zero cloud is its ability to centralize emissions data in one place. the dashboards and reports provide clear visibility into carbon metrics and progress. Integration with the Salesforce ecosystem also makes data management and tracking easier.
I like that all teams can add their updates and everything is in one place.
Flexibility with the platform.
The initial setup and configuration can be complex and time-consuming, especially when maaping data from different sources. Some reports require customization to meet specific reporting needs. the learning curve can be a bit steep for users who are new to sustainability tools.
Possibility to amend interface, risk that data is fragmented across multiple platforms, not possible to store data.
Nothing - It can be difficult to get used to the platform at first but other than that it is very easy to use and user friendly for any issues.
