Knowledge of the databases is required to operate the tool, as most of the time we have to integrate the tool with the databases. This is a new tool in the market which packs with lots of features that require frequent deck upgrades, which at times can be hectic.
Implementation has not been easy. Satori also requires a significant amount of monitoring given our current setup.
