With Hazelcast we had only good experience. Documentation is great so we did not need to contact support often, but when we were writing to them, we always got right response pretty fast. They also come to Poland to give as trainings in our headquaters.

In my opinion, GigaSpaces is still experiencing growing pains and unable to fully cope with demands of bringing on a new client. They're taking steps to address it but there is a lack of consistency in the services rendered, technically and otherwise. As for the product itself, some of the key features did not work as advertised. which was disappointing. As an in-memory data grid, it functions well and performs as expected.
