Simplicity of use benefiting both the efficiency for seasoned professionals, and the newcomers to compliance management supporting compliance processes with evidence gathering and preparation. Well structured and useful modules supporting compliance activities and auditing process, like vendor management, risk management, trust center (or Trust Vault as known in the solution), policy center. Efficiency in managing audit process from internal audits to the final assessments, with ease of access for auditors and accessible environment for evidence reviews. Scrut Teammaters, relatively recent AI agent addition enabling user to command a larger part of the interface and pull required information from prompts, speeding up the regular and audit processes. Tech and customer supports are simply amazing - every issue that occured was handled promptly, professionally, every input or suggestion or even feature request provided was met with courtesy and swiftness, and Scrut proved genuinely accommodating in, essentially, letting their customers (in this case us) contribute to the overall product improvement and expansion.
There are genuinely few aspects that can be disliked, some omissions are present, like the somewhat slower pace of adopting new integrations or having some integrations occasionally glitching, one or two options could be slightly more intuitive or made more obvious in the UI, and some automated aspects could occasionally benefit from the ability of manual intervention. Additional branding and customization options wouldn't be bad either, especially with Trust Vault that could use some sprucing up with more prominent brand colors and logos.
