Ease of use with human readable language
Multiple out-of-the box Policies. Ability to transition between organization tenants with ease Query lenguage used by this tool is easy to use.
Support goes out their way to help when my team experiences problems, the dashboard widgets provide a visual representation of data, which makes my job as a security analyst easier, it's fairly easy to create dashboard widgets and policy violations in comparison to other SIEM products.
Some of the new features are cumbersome but believe they will get better over time
Support team is not very helpfull Updates/changes that change settings and break some features
Some data sources are prone to breaking (but support helps to get them working again), some dashboard widgets stop working after content updates (but nothing too important that has impacted my job as a security analyst), I feel the documentation could be a bit better since some of it is outdated and not detailed.
