Support goes out their way to help when my team experiences problems, the dashboard widgets provide a visual representation of data, which makes my job as a security analyst easier, it's fairly easy to create dashboard widgets and policy violations in comparison to other SIEM products.
Multiple out-of-the box Policies. Ability to transition between organization tenants with ease Query lenguage used by this tool is easy to use.
I like how easy it is to use and customize. The threat detection rules are powerful and flexible, and the built-in analytics help us catch violations much faster.
Some data sources are prone to breaking (but support helps to get them working again), some dashboard widgets stop working after content updates (but nothing too important that has impacted my job as a security analyst), I feel the documentation could be a bit better since some of it is outdated and not detailed.
Support team is not very helpfull Updates/changes that change settings and break some features
The initial setup and tuning can be time consuming, especially when configuring use cases and filters to reduce noise. It also takes a bit of time to fully understand the logic behind rule building. However, once it is tuned it work well.
