We use Selenium WebDriver daily to automate the testing workflows for our various web applications and it has been a truly beneficial experience for our team as it reduces countless hours of manual testing efforts. It provides functionalities to software testing teams that allow them to simulate actual real user interactions across multiple web browsers to ensure that the application is running properly on all the browsers. We regularly use it to create automated test cases for new features, testing, regression and sanity testing to take care of the entire application functionalities and user experience. Extending its testing capabilities, it can easily integrate with many popular testing frameworks such as TestNG, Appium and JUnit to enhance the testing workflows for web and mobile applications. We work with CI/CD tools to execute automated regression test cases once changes are done and it is capable of that it can easily work with CI/CD platform like Jenkins to provide the automated testing and send the reports automatically in case of failure and success. It is an open-source project and a large community is available to support any problems faced by the users. We have notably reduced manual testing and long hours since we have incorporated it in our testing toolkit and amazing tool for enhancing for mobile and web applications quality.
