The integrations work really well once set up, but the reliance on webhooks versus more direct integrations has been a hassle at times. Product storage is also mostly smooth, but a little confusing. Gift card outreach has had trouble taking hold with our audience and the best practices provided don't seem to work the best for us. That could be more related to our audience than anything else, though.
Managing physical inventory, and ship notices can be surprisingly manual and prone to delays if the warehouse doesn't process things exactly as expected. International shipping is also a frequent pain point, as customs issues and limited gift options outside the US can make global campaigns feel inconsistent.
