-The roll-back feature for each 4hours makes it very useful, even in case ransomware attack is easy to restore the data regardless of the last 4 hours. -Easy deployment and one-click policy configuration, making it less time-consuming. -AI-based and so works even if it's offline and has no internet access. -Can integrate and manage multiple instances and branches from a single console is absolutely outstanding.
The deployment went great. easy to update from the portal.
I like the control I have within the portal and all the endpoint details I get from the agent like installed apps and last restart. It's also simple to disable the agent for troubleshooting purposes, which comes in handy when vendors need to perform updates to their systems.
-No category-based web filtering is available in the product, making it a bit difficult to block sites by using URL separately. -Had a situation where we were unable to block downloads from the browser extensions. -Sometimes, the update that is pushed through the console takes more time to reflect on the agent side.
It randomly blocks critical processes without notifying and doesn't give any errors in the cloud portal.
The new Security Ops Center leaves much to be desired. It's not intuitive for me after using the previous portal for over 3 years. It just doesn't flow as easily but, that could be my resistance to change too. The device control(USB) process isn't good or easy to manage. Another drawback is that the agent is dependent on the Windows Firewall for Network Control.
