Deployment was easy but the updates were a bit complicated, depend of the version.
For general is a excellent product, it have a friendly platform for configuration and deployment, Avaya have a lot of information and documentation to bring solution. The mobile and sip trunk services work fine but you need to have some experience for deploy. I prefer the virtual solution.
