I like how it easy to deploy and manage, integration with different products.

1. Alerting method having the challenge of being adopted in existing communication setup. 2. Dashboard is lacking with details to analyze each event. 3. Lacking a cloud-based decoy.

Service staff is very poor in required skills, relies on very few techies in US for everything.

There is nothing I dislike about the product or service.
