Siemens provided a solid overall experience with strong execution, and structured approach. The team brought useful technical and business expertise and generally did a good job aligning recommendations with operational needs. Delivery and execution were strong, and the overall service model felt mature. A few areas could have been smoother, especially around talent continuity, communication consistency and making some of the methodology easier to apply internally after the engagement.
