Great feature is the interface, which is well laid out. The customer support was excellent when we were looking for assistance with a migration. The website staging feature has also been very useful when needing to do staging or testing. Helps with not affecting production.

We host several websites on SiteGround. Some are public facing, some are for internal access only. The website service is reliable. It's affordable. And it's intuitive. I also like that it's popular, so if you are working with marketing companies or freelancers, chances are they are familiar with SiteGround. Site has been reliable and performance has been consistent. We will continue to host on SiteGround.
High renewal costs are quite annoying but you pay for what you get. It would be nice for them to offer a couple free domains with the high pricing. The Storage plans could have a bit more storage, i think they over priced.
None, User experience, pricing of the product and the platform overall experience are really good so far.
Since we don't do a lot of fancy things on our websites, there isn't anything to report that we dislike. As a WordPress host, SiteGround is great. We have a website that is mostly static without ecommernce capabilities. We do run a few webapps written in PHP hosted here as well.
