Service support of this product.

The integration in our platform is easy and user understanding is quite simple.

Visibility, guidance of remediation steps needed. Support is extremely helpful. unified end to end cloud security and protection.

There is not much issue with the product that i have faced but there are few that can be improved. 1) After loging the call the available support time can be reduced. 2) If they can provide process document according the issue with instructions( there are KB articles but it is not sometimes defined for the issue itself and we have to depend on the support) 3) It would be good is the EOL and end of support information can be informed to us Via mail.

Base filtration could be improved but overall performance is strong

user interface needs more work, reports are lacking some details. lacking some native integrations with certain cloud applications.
