it help me to have a navigation policy divided into sections and truly security the network and i have great technical support. The license costs arent as high as other brands I have tried.

This product is easy to use and doesn't take a lot of thought to implement it.

Easy to manage through SonicOS GUI. Built in SD-WAN and works well for branch connectivity. It also provides template-based policy management.

this office network is a bit complex in terms of the division like in many profiles of users, and sometimes blocking certain of webpages/app or monitoring policies can be a little hard

After a power outage, the device will come back online but sometimes the internet traffic is blocked. You have to reboot the system to get things working again.

The appliance may come back online after a power outage but sometimes still require reboot to be properly functional.
