What I like most is how the product automates many tasks through integrations with the platforms our company uses, giving us more agility and clear visibility into the processes that need to be completed.

Overall, there isn't anything I particularly dislike. At times it can be a bit confusing to see the same information repeated in different parts of the platform, but it doens't impact the overall experience or usability
some areas are not very flexible in the controls, would be nice to make some custom changes
some bugs in systems manager were not reflecting in the portal hence generate log of bugs but thats already resolved.
