it has limited customization options and the initial setup is complex.
There was a slight learning curve when I first started and it took a bit of time to setup and customize controls for my specific needs For small startups it might feel like overkill unless compliance is a top priority
Nothing major to mention at this stage. A minor improvement would be more individualization of the notification settings as they can get a little excessive at times. Other than that everything works smooth and fluid.
