The type-ahead prediction function The snippets tool SQL History
For the most part, SQL Prompt has been helpful in suggesting tables and columns when writing SQL queries. It has greatly reduced the amount of time I have to manually go to the tables to find the name of something.
SQL Code completion and hints
N/A
It's buggy a lot of the time. It often doesn't suggest prompts when it should and indexing takes forever to finish. Additionally, overall it is slow and can slow down your machine.

Overall, I am very pleased with SQL Prompt from Redgate. There are occasional bugs in the software but, for the most part, Redgate addresses major issues pretty quickly. Their support is very good and the user community actively participates. - DATA ANALYST50M-1B USDBankingReview Source
SQL Prompt Is the Singular Best Productivity Boost In My 25+ Year Career
SQL Prompt has given the largest largest productivity lift out of any other product in my entire career. The auto-complete features and the tab history in SQL Server Management Studio are second to none. Additionally, the ability to create my own snippets and export them to my teammates (and them to me) has helped standardize many practices within the team. The downside is that it does crash occasionally, especially if I do not stay close with the rapid updates between SSMS and SQL Prompt. Sometimes that is a bit much to handle with the never-ending "there is a new version" prompting. You can skip them, but only for so long until it becomes unstable. Having said that, the Redgate team is pretty good to deal with.
