Testing vendor who is easy to work with and provides great reporting
I'm very impressed with the level of detail, clarity and samples in their reporting. Every report is very well built to the level you can show it to developers right out of the box. Clearly they do a lot of manual work to produce such excellent reporting. Very rarely do developers need to schedule follow-up meetings because the the quality of reporting. Scheduling tests at random intervals is very easy to do in their portal and they go the extra level in specialty testing that other providers don't do or charge extra to do. Additionally their leadership is great to do regular follow-ups and provide suggestions and ways to use their services even more efficiently.
