The application is very user friendly and the customer service has been quick to help train and very responsive to any questions or requests.
Tagmatiks has a solution package for any application. Whether you need to wedge data into your existing enterprise or management system, or need an entire API with dashboards to manage your operation, Tagmatiks has the solution.
The ease of use, cost, and capabilities of this software are unmatched in the market today.
As of right now the only thing that comes to mind is the inability to use more than one scanner with the application at one time for one data set collection. We can use more than one scanner per device but then we have to combine the data into one export. We did not get the application customized additional to our needs to it may have some form of this ability without my knowledge.
I wish this platform had more users promoting it across different sectors (retail, automotive, logistics, etc) because it would allow more users to find the solution and have success with RFID technology.
I really don't see any weaknesses besides it being free and more prevalent throughout the industry.
