The platform features a low-code user interface and facilitates integration with third-party data sources as well as embedding any flavor of AI - from traditional ML to GenAI or exposing decision services as AI agents. This world-class dedication is matched by the product's impressive maturity, which handles all our use cases, yet features an incredibly simple, intuitive UX that anybody on the team can understand and operate. The team takes the time to truly understand our business problems, acting as an extension of our own organization.
The platform is easy to get started with, which helps with adoption. It's more than robust enough for very complex decision flows without users needing much actual code. This makes it user-friendly and accessible to less technical peers whose input might otherwise be blocked.
The Taktile platform was easy to implement and is easy to use. It enables business users to be able to quickly design, test, implement and amend credit assessment rules without Engineering support. It is great at helping monitor decisions made and simulating the impact of proposed changes using historical applications.
We would aim to have a more clearly defined and standardized prioritization process internally for new data vendor integrations. This would help accelerate the initial stages of work on our side and potentially streamline the process for Taktile, which might help mitigate the extended turnaround times we sometimes experience for new capabilities.
Early on in engagements, the hands-on, side-by-side building approach spoils you. It would be nice to have that as an option past onboarding as a standard billed offering, but I recognize that the firm isn't a consultancy, nor is that approach scalable. It's rare but I have no material dislikes of the service. It does what it's supposed to do very well and provides a platform for innovation and testing that allows my team to be nimble.
Backtesting: Taktile is good at helping simulate the impact of proposed changes using historical applications. However, it could be improved by making it easier to ingest simulation outcomes into our data universe for analysis. Lineage: It would be good if Taktile enabled users to be able to more easily search for data elements used within a flow. Formatting: It would be good if Taktile enabled users to specify the format of variables within Assignment nodes, etc., similar to how users can specify the format of variables within an input schema.
