“Solid in BAU but not taking the initiative to be the visionary partner I need”
TechM is a solid Managed Service vendor and I have no real issue with their performance. For MS vendors, I do expect them to come to me with improvement suggestions on architecture, processing, etc - this is not happening, so it seems that they are happy with the status quo of being a support vendor and not the visionary partner I need.
