The quality of the screenshots and the vendor activity insights are super easy to understand and tune. I am impressed with the training platform as well.
It's easy to manage and doesn't take a lot of time. This is nice from an administrator point of view since so many other things take a lot of time.
The product is very powerful yet is very easy to administer. I really like the fact that it can be used surreptitiously to monitor behavior, but also used to monitor user productivity.
We have experienced minor issues with the platform, especially with updates. Sometimes our other security tools cause issues with installing updates. The product is also on the more expensive side, but the amount of capabilities is worth it.
I think making it easier to create groups and splitting up into their departments and job descriptions could be made easier to do. There has been some confusion with that with several supervisors and the administrators.
