With the current usage, I haven't come across any issues.
The management API is comprehensive but poorly documented and contains some bugs. Client libraries are provided for only a narrow range of programming environments. Support is slow to answer questions about integrating with the API and doesn't always provide correct answers to queries about details of its operation.
The UI is less attractive compared to the competitors however management and operations are pretty straightforward.
