The badges are great, they're a key motivator and it gets our people going. The level of integration is also fantastic, and publishing simultanously on multiple platforms is a must a have and is wonderful.
Ability to customize and highlight episodes, series, and highlights. The ability for transcriptions. Ability to promote and share individual podcasts via several integrated platforms.
I think the reporting could be a bit more detailed in its reports. We can see some subscriber data, but not all.
Not much so far. For what we do with podcasts so far, this has been a great platform. Maybe some additional support services would be great, but it's not bad as is.

Excellent platform with great built-in features and customization.
This is the first podcast platform we have used and it's been great. The website provides a great front-end user experience where we can organize and customize our podcast storefront to highlight series, episodes, promotions, etc. We especially have found the transcript services fantastic.
