Exceptional customer support. The Cash Application offers enough flexibility to generate custom cash forecasts with key drivers, but enough structure to ensure it is robust. The Web App can be a bit slow at times, but overall the implementation of the forecasting tool has saved our team several hours per week and provided key insights into our cash position that were previously unavailable.

Certainly the customer support service. Any issues we've had with ERP integrations and/or bank connectors have been resolved quickly and any modifications have been implemented quickly. They are responsive and the team in knowledgable on their product and how it interacts with our ERP. They offer a suite of custom forecasting models that allow you to generate and fact check your own forecasts.

The software saves our team a lot of time on direct method cash forecasting

Ease of use. Improving accuracy with the passage of time as the AI has more actual data to work with.

The main weakness is perhaps the clunkiness of the UI. At times, the web app may be slow or get stuck on a screen. Though this is usually not an issue, more an improvement that I am sure the HR team is working on.

Can't really think of anything but we only use the cash forecasting tool.

I don't really see any weaknesses with this product.
