I have been working with Trend Micro for over 10 years now and I can honestly say they have gotten better every year I have been with them. Their support is spot on, emailing me back within minutes and asking the right questions to get the right answers and working with me until the issue is resolved. Having the Service One add-on has paid for itself many times. It even stopped a ransomware attack and our business never lost a day of production! The dashboards are very descriptive and informational. Providing data about your environment allowing you to see what is taking place and they are constantly getting better. There is a monthly call where Trend describes up and coming features, they never stop enhancing their products. You even have the ability to try products before you pay for them, and they also ask for your input to make the product better while it's in preview mode. Trend has a complete college of tutorials and classes where you can learn to dive even deeper into the realm of cyber security.
