Trend Micro provides enhancement from on-premise infrastructure to a Cloud with just a couple of steps and backed by a technical support team with a seamless migration so you can bring your configuration and policies to the new Cloud Tenant which enables response across platforms by centralized orchestration and management. Visibility and Integration are very remarkable making it easy to integrate through API Connectors or many other types of connectors which enables broad visibility across platforms and third party vendors.
I really like how it presents information through the dashboard, its clear and intuitive. also, it doesnt impact system performance, wich is a big plus
My favorite feature is the sandbox analysis. This feature allows analysis of threats found not only within Trend Vision, but from other sources as well. Suspicious files can be uploaded for analysis with a final pdf report produced that contains the results of the analysis. The visual representation of threats helps to understand alerts and the risk posed. Capabilities are robust and a great tool alongside other security tools to have multiple layers of security in an environment.
Few Platform Integration is not available through API Connector which implies an extra effort from the customer side to develop an integration if you want to create a two-way exchange of telemetry.
sometimes the interface can feel a bit overwhelming, especilly for new users. it could benefit from a more streamlined user experience in certain areas
The complexity of the tool is a double edged sword in that it requires a lot of training and practice to become proficient with it.
