It seems to perform its core functionality well.
I do love how flexible Facets is, and the tabs that are set up for our reps allow different departments to work in the program at the same time.
Integration with services, customization , data model.
integration leaves much to be desired. The FXI service seems incomplete and does not offer everything our other systems need to consume.
I think with the recent integrations and migrations, Facets has been freezing, as well as malfunctioning.
