Ubuntu Likes & Dislikes
What I like most about ubuntu is it's ease of use combined with powerful customization options. the system is fast, secure, and very resource-efficient.
Well, basically everything, the entire OS is just a mess, from the UI to the functionality.
Ubuntu allows me to install everything i need for my development using terminal commands. we can use the tools like apache, nginx, php, mysql, redis, and more. i can manage root access through sudo commands. it also support office productivity tool like libreoffice, so i can handle documents without needing other tools.
What I dislike most about Ubuntu is that certain proprietary software and drivers are not always fully supported, which can cause compatibility issues at times.
Don't get it, please get another easier OS.
some software has not direct support in ubuntu which is available in other operating system.

Ubuntu : A Stable, Secure and Developer-Friendly OS with Room for Improvment.
Ubuntu is a dependable, user-friendly Linux distribution that is well-supported and checks all the boxes for a stable, high performing system, while also being simple to use. The easy to use window system allows even people who are new to computers to navigate the system without much difficulty, and people advanced in computer use to operate it with great efficiency. These LTS versions are released after a certain period of time and offer long-term security updates so users have a stable environment for work and development. Ubuntu has a large user community, freely available documentation, and many used applications that make it easy to fix problems or tailor the system to one's liking. On the flip side, the GNOME desktop is demanding on resources, and some closed-source drivers and applications can be difficult to set up. Furthermore, installing Snap packages is very simple, but they usually run slower and take up more space on the system. While these problems are not very easy to overlook, many developers, system administrators, and everyday users still prefer Ubuntu over other competing systems due to its simple yet powerful nature. - Devops Engineer<50M USDSoftwareReview Source
Leveraging Ubuntu for Enhanced Application Deployment and Security
In my DevOps workflow, Ubuntu has always been a dependable and adaptable operating system. It is an excellent choice for infrastructure management and application deployment due to its easy interaction with several tools and technologies. The good thing is they provide stability and frequent upgrades without any interruptions. I especially value the Ubuntu LTS (Long Term Support) versions. In the phase of troubleshooting and investigating complex configurations, the documentation and vibrant community help is invaluable. for containerization architecture purpose it is also a first choice due to its easy integration with various CICD tools for deployment.
