Excellent TPRM software with end-to-end assessment, monitoring and reporting features. It is intuitive and easy to use. It was quite easy to navigate the features and the SaaS tool had all I needed for third party risk assessments. Also the automated risk rating feature makes this product a overall future forward product.

UpGuard Vendor Risk Likes & Dislikes

Seamless and scans for vulnerabilities/ risks and first leg assessments are easier due to Upguard. It has correct Risk Rubrics, a variety of security questionnaires and regulations to choose from. It also has a nice variety of reports to choose from and makes it easlier for Risk management professionals.

Transparent about the weights used in scoring model, so even if I disagree w/ the approach, I can still compensate in my understanding.

Ease of calling out poor configuration. Excellent QA tool to audit administrators of certificates and domains ensuring they don't expire or are removed when no longer needed. Fantastic and timely support for removal or addition of domains or for helping to manage false positives.

AI features can be more nuanced and specific to that of the vendor thats in question - LLM-driven analysis can be better , UI/ UX can be a little bit better and updated security questionnaire versions does not show up on platform - its better its sonner than later. Other platforms provide relatively faster update of questionnaires such as SIG Lite/Core etc.

Mass/bulk action not available through the UI or through the api for vendor reporting.

Some domains are associated with our company which don't appear to be true. Sometimes some evidence is needed, which is not visible to us, for why the domain was attributed to us.

Good product giving up to date security ratings. Other tools like to hold onto bad news for several weeks even after issues have been fixed. Really good support from the team. It's given us motivation to constantly improve our security posture.
