Ease of calling out poor configuration. Excellent QA tool to audit administrators of certificates and domains ensuring they don't expire or are removed when no longer needed. Fantastic and timely support for removal or addition of domains or for helping to manage false positives.
Transparent about the weights used in scoring model, so even if I disagree w/ the approach, I can still compensate in my understanding.
I like the adaptability of the platform to align the features and capabilities to what my organization needs. I like being able to scale our use case with automation, reducing the amount of time that would be needed to complete and organize a risk assessment.
Some domains are associated with our company which don't appear to be true. Sometimes some evidence is needed, which is not visible to us, for why the domain was attributed to us.
Mass/bulk action not available through the UI or through the api for vendor reporting.
I wish that the platform had more automation associated with it, rather than automation that had to be built in by my team. I would love for the ability to upload evidence from a vendor and have it accurately scan the information and extract responses to incorporate into a risk assessment.
