I like the overall functionality of the product the most. The ability to send a video seamlessly and efficiently has been a game-changer. Clients appreciate the time and effort when they see the videos, and most valuable of all, it adds a human face to the correspondence.
Steaming works well. Video Uploading is easy Work flow meets our needs.
I like the fact that you can copy the URL, but also a thumbnail so when you send the email to whoever you're talking to, they can see the beginning of the video which is more enticing.
It currently doesn't integrate with our daily task management software. It previously did with our old one.
Limited Integration to Salesforce. It does it but in a very limited way. Post-sales support team tries, but can't really deliver any help. Search in SF is poor.
It is a little buggy when you use the Chrome extension. Not sure if it's my computer or not, but it takes a little while to get everything up and running. The video library I wish you could organize a little better as well if you're mass recording it can be hard to find the right video.
