Overall, I think it is a great product, and we appreciate the collaboration and all support we have from their side. They continuously work on product improvements and new features.
Aside from providing functionality that we one hundred percent require, the support we've received during our journey has been exemplary. Their API documentation is excellent (and versioned) so finding and adding new functionality is straightforward, which is where the excellent support is so useful.
The documentation could include more practical examples to speed up the learning curve. It would be helpful to have more visual and customizable reports and metrics within the platform itself.
We are only using a few features of Voucherify, special types of campaigns. I think for less skilled colleagues, without technical background, it could be challenging to create and set rules. We overcame this with continuous support from both internal IT and Voucherify team.
1. The pricing model doesn't exactly meet our needs. We have peak usage during a 2-3 hour period one day a week, but we are forced to purchase a license that can meet this need 24/7. We would prefer a weekly, or even daily, limit that would more fairly reflect the load we put on their servers. 2. When you hit your hourly API limit, there is no pay as you go option for overages so their REST servers start throwing HTTP error codes, meaning our users cannot checkout as all voucher and promotion validation starts failing. 3. While I am a fan of constant innovation, my marketing team can get frustrated at how often the admin interface changes and they have to relearn certain aspects of setting up campaigns, segments, etc. The interface can also tend towards being developer-friendly which can be a challenge for non-developers, who are the target audience of the interface.
